DRC Blue Book Order Form

Parents, place your order today for The Blue Book - A Parent's Guide: Civil Rights/Education, an invaluable resource about the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA"), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA").
The 2009 Edition has been revised and expanded throughout with the latest regulatory information available. If you have a child with a disability then you need this book.

IDEA: A Parent's Guide booklet is a parent-friendly introduction to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. A companion to the larger 90+ page DRC Bluebook - Parent's Guide Civil Rights/Education, the new booklet is a collaborative effort of the Arkansas DD Network (Governor's Developmental Disabilities Council, Partners for Inclusive Communities, and the Disability Rights Center). We incorporated input from disability organizations and parents from around the state when writing the booklet. Attorney J. William Cain, Jr. (deceased) was the primary author, taking on the challenge of reducing the law and our Bluebook to this much briefer new resource for parents of children with disabilities.
Please use the form below to expedite your order. Single copies of the Blue Book are available at no charge to residents in Arkansas only.
